<p>I found this nice video on YouTube last night.  It appears to be a clip from a longer movie, but it references one of the sources that inspired the name of this site.  Note the quote from Tozan about the white cloud and the blue mountain.</p>
<p>This part of the narration is appropriate too:<br />
&#8220;When conditions change, the cloud changes and it keeps going leaving no trace no past. This is the Zen way. Without effort or intention. If there is a sound we hear, if our eyes our open we see. There is nothing more than this.  When we see ourselves as the white cloud, when we come to our realizations of ourself, it will be enough there will be no confusion.&#8221;</p>
<p>Maybe we&#8217;ll take more of a look at Tozan in a future post.</p>

Have you ever noticed how taking a walk outdoors is quite refreshing and rejuvenating?  I know it is for me.  I can be stressed or anxious about something all day, but when I get outside and take a walk in nature the stress is somehow lessened.  Try it sometime.  Not only is it good for your heart and mind, it&#8217;s also good for the body.</p>
